This test is an assessment for someone who needs help deciding upon his college major, Just beginning his very first job search, or contemplating making a career change (at any stage of his life.) The Holland Codes Test, links your interests with one or more of six types of personalities. Your particular type is then matched to a compatible occupation. If you do not have a clue what you want to do for a living, this is your test. It will help you find occupations which fit your interests and skills. The test is supposed to be easy to score and interpret without a career guidance councilor. This means it is a self directed and self assessed test.
The Holland Codes Self Directed Search test typology is composed of six different personalities, situated inside a hexagon shape. They are ordered as Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and conventional.
