Personality Assessment Test

A Personality Assessment Test, like the Disc® Personality Test, will help test your personal preferences as thoroughly as other Career Testing, and many personality and career tests.

"Disc" stands for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. D and I represent extroverted personality types and the S and C represent the more introverted.

How high or low you score in each of these areas determines what kind of personality style you have, based upon the work and life situations you find yourself in.

The test examines ones behavior in a particular environment. The test is a non judgmental test; Meaning, there are no right or wrong answers.

The test purpose is to help one with understanding their own personalities, and even others behavior.

This type of personality assessment test will identify your dominant and preferred personality type. You may be more of one of four of the letters- D.I.S., or C. In other words, you may be scored the most in Dominant- D, where one is more decisive and forceful, rather than in Compliance- C, where one may score less in the investigative and the curious.

Most people will score a predominant letter that makes up the bulk of their personality style, with a few lessor scored letter types. This test can be a guide to knowing oneself better. But, with all tests, one must to be the ultimate judge of who he is, because no single test is one hundred percent accurate.

In my opinion, there seems to be somewhat of a vaguely similar theme the Disc® and Myers Briggs® tests share. Examine them both, and judge for yourself. If you want to be tested for your personality type, which also can be matched to suggested careers, also consider taking the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and the Keirsey.

Ownership of Disc® Test. is US Inscape Publishing company.
