Are you Bored at Work?

If you are Bored at Work, unchallenged, and your company does not give you enough to do, consider being proactive, and create something you like doing.

For example, if the boss hasn’t delivered enough for you to do, quit bugging him, and take the initiative. Go to those for advice who are the ones getting things done. Ask others who have a project that you are interested in, if they need any help. If no one gives you enough to do, stop asking, take the initiative, and start doing things on your own. Furthermore, maybe you would be better off working for yourself, as self employed. This is always an option you can consider exercising at any time.

If you are saying to yourself, I hate My Job frequently, maybe it’s because you work in a hostile environment. Sometimes, if you document the harassment, you can quit, challenge the claim, and receive unemployment insurance, and begin to look for another job.

Sometimes you can get yourself into a job that no matter what you do, nothing’s right. There may be someone you just can’t get along with, or who doesn’t like you. If someone has it in for you, there will be nothing you will do that’s right. In this case, it may be time to seek a little Career Change Advice, and change careers entirely.
