The Princeton© Five Minute Free Career Quiz

The Princeton© Review Career Quiz is a five minute quiz for those in need of help looking for a new career. This quiz can help you to narrow down career choices based upon which jobs would be best suited to you. You want to find a career you can succeed in. This is a twenty four multiple choice question test, which will ask what your preferences are between choices of careers. For example, it will ask "Would you like to be a carpenter, or a secretary?" The test also asks how you would react or respond in certain life situations.

In addition, the test asks what kind of person you are. No matter which free career quiz one takes, he has to be aware of his own motivations. Ask what your motivator for a career choice. What do you need from a job? What things interest you and what do you have passion for, in a job?

What kind of work environment do you like to be in? Do you like the exciting and noisy, or the calm, serene, and quiet job atmosphere? I personally, used to work in an exciting, loud, aggressive work environment for many years. But, I personally prefer much less noise while working. My old career was a mismatch for who I was.

In addition, I had nothing in common with those within my line of work, nor did I ever have the natural aptitude for it. It was a completely learned skill, not natural born aptitude. What I prefer now, is sitting behind a computer writing my own web pages. It is peaceful, and reflective. It's a lot more me, but what I do may not be for you.

That's why we all have to discover what it is we like and do not like in a job, so that the job can match who we truly are. This is the only way a career can be fulfilling, and successful. It has to match who you are, not the other way around.
