Employment Personality Test
An Employment Personality Test is similar to a Career Personality Test, in that it will reveal your interests as they match to certain careers.
Often, employers require you to take their own Job Placement Test, to see where it is you fit best within their organization.
Another test called the sales personality test, will show you if you have similar personality traits to sales people.

If you have fallen into the wrong job through financial necessity, or because the job was convenient to get into, you surely do not want to change jobs and get into another job that doesn't fit your abilities, personality, and leadership style.
