Free Career Inventory Test

There are free tests online such as the Career Inventory Test, which can help show you which jobs are right for you. We all want to work in jobs we like. If we find those things we are good at doing, and are passionate about, then we are that much closer to choosing that job which will be a good match for the kind of person we are.

Taking different types of Career Tests can help you to locate a career that would fit you better than just trying this job and that job on for size. This can waste a lot of your time, and life. Furthermore, if you get yourself stuck in a job you hate, it can be hard to get out of it because of financial responsibilities.

You probably will be a lot happier if you do a little research and find a job you like doing in the beginning, even if the salary is less. In the long run, it’s better making less money in a job you love rather than making more money in a job you hate. This is because making more money in something you hate doing, will tend to keep you stuck.

Many of us don’t even know which careers are the right ones. Money is good, but is not the main ingredient to career happiness and job fulfillment.

Pinpointing your Strengths in the Workplace

Career tests can help pinpoint your strengths in the workplace and guide you to the right jobs that compliment your working personality.

There are jobs which are right and wrong for your personality. For example, a career personality test can tell you if you would be better in construction, or working in an office setting. It is up to you to take the right test, so you can learn what your best workplace identity is.

The main test we are talking about here though is the career inventory test. It takes an inventory of what things you like doing most. If you want to work within a career you love doing, you need to find out what you are really good at doing, which you also feel passionate about. It will be well worth the effort, when you look back and find yourself still liking the job you chose over twenty years ago.
