Career Interest Test

A Career Interest Test asks you to answer a series of questions.

It asks about your work preferences.

For example, it will ask, "Do you like to work indoors or outdoors?"

Aptitude Tests differ, in that they are designed to test your strong and weak abilities, not necessarily what things interest you.

If you are weak in English, an aptitude test will point this out. If you are strong in Science, the test will show this as one of your strong skills.

If you have a deep interest and passion for doing something, chances are the motivation will be there too. If you combine both your motivational emotion with your natural born skills, aptitudes, training, and education, you should be successful and fulfilled in almost any career choice.

The interest inventory test will list careers you would prefer over all the others, based upon your stated interests. On the other hand, the Career Aptitude Test and other similar career tests, will basically inventory what skills and aptitudes you have for your job choice.

Some people know exactly what they want as a career, and take action. Others, need a little help along the way in finding the best career for their abilities and personality.

Career Testing, using the interest test will supply the needed career direction. Taking these types of tests will shorten the time it will take for you to find your new career. Take a Career Change Test.

Your Interest Inventory

A Career Interest Test like the Strong Interest Inventory® has been upgraded a few times since it was developed in the early twentieth century. This, demonstrates its dependability and reliability, proven over time. The Strong inventory compares your favorite interests directly to the interests of those who enjoy doing their jobs. The underlying premise is this: If others love their jobs, and you share similar interests to these people, it is highly probable that you will find their work enjoyable too. It's that simple.

If you are ready to change your career and don't know exactly what you would be interested in, or if you are coming back to or new to the workforce, or wish to find a better job which precisely matches your interests and who you are, a career interest test can help clear things up.

If you are not satisfied with your job, your family life will undoubtedly suffer. We all have to work hard a large part of our lives. Wouldn't it be better to wake up each day and look forward to going to a job which is perfectly matched to us?
