Career Change Test
A Career Change Test will help you locate jobs you will have a passion for and an ability to do. Changing Careers a few times in one's working years is completely normal. Many change their jobs even more often, about every five years. Did you know that more than 50% of all those working, are unhappy in their jobs? It’s sadly true.
You can change your first job as a Teen, or a twenty year career, in Midlife. We all desire to find a job which reflects who we are, and brings career fulfillment. It has been verified that there are certain personalities which have been observed to fit best in certain job classifications. You know these people when you see them in their jobs. They appear to be the type who just “Fit-in” doing their jobs. They have what seems to be the right Career Personality.
For example, there actually are people who are born with the aptitude for being Police, Firefighters, Writers, and Poets.
Career Interest Tests
You too were also born with a particular personality make up for doing a certain line of work. But, only you can find it, with the help of a career interest test like the Strong® Interest Inventory. Most of us were not born knowing what our ideal careers are, so taking the Strong Test is an extremely valuable career locating tool in helping us find where it is we will fit best, occupationally.
A career change test will assess your skills, aptitudes, values, and abilities, and match these to known careers which blend with your preferred working personality. Your working personality is the Personality you prefer to express, while at work. It basically represents all your talents, and who you are as a person, wrapped up into a single blend to the right career.
Interest tests help you discover which careers you would be happy working in; based upon comparing your interests to the interests those already within a job they love doing. In other words, it is known that you will probably like those same jobs others enjoy, if you also share their attitudes and interests.
